About Me
I have been passionate about fitness most of my life. The drive started in my basement gym back as a freshman of highschool following P90X workouts and slowly learning the fundamentals of strength training and bodybuilding. After a year of P90X, I got upsessed with seeing the progress and decided to explore other areas of fitness. I wanted to see better results by focusing more on progressive overload through a powerbuilding style of training. Throughout my highschool years, I was upsessed with building strength, hitting new PRs everyweek, trying to keep up with friends who were 20 lbs heavier than me. I took the strength training to an extreme and ended up injuring myself, pulling a rotator cuff and causing a buldging disc in my neck from benching to heavy of a wieght. This devestated me, I wasn’t able to train for a couple months, lost motivation and never thought I would be able to lift heavy again. I slowly returned to training with a better intention, emphasizing proper form and safely progressing and strength. Years later, I consistently stuck to my powerbuilding training spending my late high school and college years getting stronger and bigger. I would spend multiple hours in the gym, and the rest of my time eating 5-7 meals a day. As my training and eating got better over the years, my knowledge expanded, I hired coaches to learn smarter ways to train. I researched, studied, was upsessed with building muscle and an asthetic physique. My 10 year training mark hit at 26 years old which prompted me to compete in my first bodybuilding show. Competing in bodybuilding took my phyisque and mindset to the next level. I learned how to cut for a show properly, pose, and present the my best physique to the stage. Throughout these years I shared my knowledge, coached friends, family and clients helping them tranform their physiques. My experience and knowledge has led me to create the most optimal fitness programs for people with a goal to build their dream physique.
